After opening two other stores around the Springfield area and doing the remodel construction ourselves. We decided to go with a general contractor on our latest restaurant infill. That is the only way to go in my opinion. It is very hard to manage a business and a construction project at the same time. These guys got the project done and made it look pretty simple. I know from experience it is not that simple. It may have cost us some additional money to contract it out, but it is well worth it without the additional headaches.
