Deserves ZERO STARS!! Pretty sure this is a fake company- does not respond to emails, calls or messages. I had to file a compliant with the BBB to get a refund after a month of not one returned message from my several attempts from this \company\ to set up service.

We love this service. Our doctor recommended cloth diapers and this service has been wonderful! We did not know anything about cloth diapers and they explained the different options and let us try out a couple so we could pick the ones that worked the best.
Very disappointed. Used BlueBonnet three years ago when my daughter had her first child (purchased as a gift). My daughter ready for baby #2, phoned them and left and message. I too phoned and left a message and emailed them that we wanted to use their diaper service again. Not even the courtesy of a response. Saw another similar review posted. Don't know what's going on with them but reputation at stake here.
Never responded to my calls.
