Very nice and friendly staff. And by staff I mean whoever it is that answers phones. Super responsive and helpful. I have an older plasma TV that I love. Geek Squad told me it was old and I should just get a new set. No way! Frisco Electronics fixed it. It took about 10 days because they had to order parts. But they updated me throughout the process. I'm planning on going to them for any of my TV troubles from now on.

Alex was very professional. I called them at mid afternoon on Thursday. Alex was at my home at 4:15 p.m. and he took care of my cable tv repair in less than 25 minutes. From the lady who answered the phone to Alex the repair technician it was a great experience. I can’t recall if I ever remember a better “customer service” experience.
I called them because I would have assumed that I could have had the work done that I wanted to have done quite easily. Very simply I needed to have the volume and base potentiometers desoldered from the PCB on an amplifier board that I have. The lady that answered the phone didn't seem to be able to understand English very well and then once she found out that it was not a commercial amplifier she hung up on me! I attempted to call back twice and then once answered I was hung up on again immediately!
Friendly, efficient, cost effective. Give them your TV repair business - shop small. So grateful these guys were able to repair my TV!
Frisco Electronics thank you ! Highly recommend ! Happy customer ! If a household electronic device quits working, give them a call before you simply replace. Recently we have had several momentary power outages (storm / utility maintenance / etc.). Apparently 1 of those power-glitches damaged something in our security camera NVR. Of course, the device being about 5 years old is an outdated model that is no longer available. Technology is rarely backwards compatible, so it appeared we would have to replace the entire security system. On the slightest of hopes, I called Frisco Electronics. The website says they repair TV & stereos. When I mentioned the NVR, the lady who took the call seemed unsure about an NVR, I explained it is like a DVR w/ a hard drive, she put me on hold to check w/ the technician ….. I could bring it in & for 25 (which would be applied to the cost of the repair IF the technician was successful) they would diagnose the NVR, no guarantees because they had never worked on a NVR. Told me it would be about a week & sure enough I get a txt saying several of the “circuits” needed to be replaced but would cost about 90 plus tax – I approved. A few days later I got a txt letting me know the NVR was repaired & ready to pick up.. Got the NVR home, made all the connections & it works ! Saving me the trouble of buying & installing a new security system.
