I love FRISCO Police Department. They’ve always been respectful and kind anytime I’ve been pulled over, and typically it’s my fault. I just got pulled over and I just got a warning from office J. Skaehill for speeding in a school zone. It’s a new school zone I was not aware of. Thank you for your kindness and doing your job , protecting and serving. God protect you always, Sir!!

Last week I was involved in accident, the cops who came to help were very rude. They were behaving with me and my kids like criminals. Sometime I feel they get their salary from our taxes to behave like that rude. They actually add any value to the society or only want to show their power and rudeness to people like us who always follow the rules.if I have a away I will give negative stars.

Officer ID #3214 did not wear a mask while giving me the citation this morning (three other cars in front of me was pulled over due to crossing property, seems like an entrapment for meeting quota) . I felt uncomfortable during the entire time, since I’m a healthcare worker and knows how serious the covid situation as right now. Texas governor issued a mask mandate for a reason. As community leader, not wearing a mask in non emergency situation like this is extremely unprofessional and can bring risk to others.

It was my first time to call police and report our run away foster dog. Christian heard me out and took all details regarding the dog , she explained what to do next and was very polite and professional. Thankyou

On their Twitter page, it states to contact the phone number (non emergency) to report a crime. Which is what I TRIED to do... The staff that answers the phones should be re-trained or they should have someone that really cares, someone that can provide correct information/ I know it can get busy, but they should LISTEN to what we are trying to report, not just put us on hold (I was placed on hold multiple times while I was trying to report the crime). I did this because I do not want it happening to another person, those guys are still out there. But hey, why should I care? One bad apple spoils the bunch.
