I made a appoint with this company to supply a quote to clear a house for friday 11/08/2017 or a time of 14.30 at the company choice. I rang the 01522 number at 14.45 to check they were still coming to be told that they did not know, I therefore rang the mobile number and left a message and at 16.00 they still had not arrived and i still have not received a returned call to apologize for not turning up. bad customer service if they did not want to quote they should have said at the time.
