After struggling for years to find an excellent bike shop, that is knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable in prices; once I used Cycology I will not use any other. Their advice on products are balanced and nothing is too hard to source. Bi-annual services of my bikes is completed on time and at very reasonable rates, nothing major completed until you are fully appraised of costs and importantly it’s potential ramifications. Jon, Matt and Steve take time to explain and help when buying products and care about about you - as a customer I’m always made welcome I have and will continue to unequivocally recommend them to my friends.
