This is the first time we've ever sold a property and they have been outstanding from start to finish. Our initial visit from Will, all the way through how viewings were handled and arranges (always so nice to get feedback/quick responses) up to the point of exchanging contracts have been really positive. A very friendly team of people and always happy to chat things through on the phone (especially when we didn't know quite how the process worked, both Laura and Will were exceptionally patient and walked us through it all). There was a lot of chasing required and they handled it all brilliantly, communicating with us throughout. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

House selling is a nightmare especially with slow incompetent solicitors! Luckily Will and his team were on it from day one and not only gave sensible advice enabled what would have been a tricky lengthy drawn out process into one that passed smoothly. Always available to respond to calls and willing to go the extra mile to secure a completion, (quickly painting a ceiling the day before exchange in my case). If all estate agents were like this selling and buying would not have the reputation it does!
