James obviously has a problem with customer relations. While trying to examine the contents of a 5 bag of remnants, my wife was shouted at \what are you doing?! who said you could look inside the bags?!\ My wife pointed out that the bag was already open and that surely she could expect to see what she was buying. She was then frantically told \leave my shop! leave my shop!\. After being accused of swearing (Jesus Christ) and lying (we didn't) we left. I thank the shopkeeper's colleague for earlier allowing me to take a paint chart which will prove extremely useful when ordering a substantial amout of paint - from another outlet. I suggest he puts up a sign saying 'please do not open the bags' or rename the bags as '5 lucky dips'
