I would like to congratulate the fitting team - Jason and Kelston - arrived, explained what the process would be, gave a daily update, used dust sheets and hoovered up after themselves. Polite, courteous and professional, a credit to themselves and their company. I would definitely recommend the Fire Place Fitters Shop and this team. Violet, thank you for your help and updates, checked if it was ok to bring the job forward as materials arrived earlier than expected, which of course it was :), not forgetting the person it all started with, Tom, we had an idea of what we wanted when Tom came to give us a quote, he gave us different options / ideas, we are glad he did, the end result is brilliant. Thank you Team.

Tom, Violet and their installation team were a joy to work with. From the planning to the installation to the after sales service. They are a true professional and nice company . WE chose a Clock stove from their shop which you are able to visit. We got excellent advice - the stove is easy to use and gives out a lovely heat quickly and efficiently. Our installation was not straight forward due to wet weather and scaffolding but Tom's team dealt with everything was thrown at them and everything was done perfectly. There was a small problem with the stove after installation but they were out the same day to help fix. So wholly recommend The Fireplace Fitters shop for anyone in the market for an open fire, burner or stove.
