Hey, I ordered the QUIKSILVER FOREVER 2L GTX JK BARN RED 20 ski jacket, I made the payment (with 22euros shipping fees to Slovenia, 5% discount code and 1euro preparation fee) but the order hasn't been validated yet, I didn't receive a confirmation email and the order doesn't show up in my orders on my account and the ski jacket is still in my basket. The only orders are from previous tries, days before (all were cancelled by my side). I made the order on 16.02.2021. How long does it take for the order to be validated or is it possible there was an error processing the order (even though I made the payment). The possible order numbers I have (from this date) are: EU0134629 EU0134614 EU0134596 EU0134582 The status on all of them is cancelled, and the one where my payment went through doesnt show up. The payment did go through. I have paid 189,25 euros to EKOSPORT from my VISA card (with message from bank that the payment was successful) and there are 189,25 euros missing from my transaction account. I can show you pictures if you need from this successful payment and message from my bank. The money are considered reserved resource for ekosport and you still haven't pulled them from my transaction account (if you do not take them within 30 days they will return to me, otherwise I have no way of returning them), but it is still counted as a successful payment (validated by the message from the bank). Is this some prolonged validation of the payment on your side or some kind of error with the order? I would like to make a refund if there was an error with the order and it hasn't been registered, so I can renew my order (hopefully successfully this time). I made the order on ekosport.eu , but Im writting here in hope of faster resolvement of the issue. I have also written a mail at both the eu and fr version of your mail \infoatekosport.eu\ and \infoatekosport.fr\ (emails in reviews arent allowed). Thanks and have a great day, Martin

Stopped off on way from Geneva Airport to La Plagne. Bought a Rossignol ski jacket for a bargain price. Very pleased. Great selection of jackets and ski stuff generally. Worth dropping in on your way to the resort. Note that the stock advertised online is not the same as that which they carry in store. Some crossover, but sizes and colours available online are not always available in store and vice versa.

Ordered a Salomon Ski jacket from Ekosport before Christmas. Item was delivered quickly via UPS in durable packaging and the jacket itself is great. Brilliant price too as it was from the 2014/15 season. Highly recommended!

Staff don't speak English, but they have a good selection of Ski kit from brand names and is very close to the motorway near to Albertville. An easy stop on the way up to your resort. I bought a pair of Salomon boots.

Very poor return service. Ordered the wrong item, pair of ski's, and due to unfortunate circumstances, got a message that the return is not possible to make, as I was supposed to be a day too late. I chased it 5 times, discussed per email and phone to see if we could change items. unfortunately their customer service have never heard of good will. I threw 400 EURO in the bin. Never ever buy at this place!
