I used to go here for my cars, but recently they haven't been great. Last week was the last straw, they quoted me 1500 for a job that cost another local garage 400. I knew exactly what work my car needed but as usual they treated me like an unknowledgeable lady. They clearly couldn't be bothered to do this job, kept waffling on minor parts my car needed. I asked for a breakdown of parts, they wouldn't supply that. Instead, they showed me a print out of my cars previous MOTs, and said the car wasn't worth it. I left feeling embarrassed. Luckily another local garage fixed the problem, no issues, a fraction of the price and quickly.

Froods have looked after my wife's car for three years now and this year was no exception. Knowledgeable staff and they are able to rectify any problems promptly. Would highly recommend you call or visit them if you need a reliable service/ repair on your vehicle. Tyre prices also very competitive.

Took my 10 month old truck to them for its 2nd service after being very disappointed with a local main dealer. All genuine parts used and manufacturers schedule followed correctly. They picked up a leaking shock and when I took it to a main dealer for a warranty claim the dealer even complimented their servicing, all for nearly half the cost of main dealer. I will be using Froods from now on definitely!
