Ordered an axe online hoping to get what is pictured. Received a different model and after emails and phone calls back and forth I was told I would get a full refund. I received a packing slip and promptly sent it back. It’s been about 10 months now and even after I reach out I haven’t received a refund. So I’m out 75. Better go elsewhere.

Placed an order for 180. Received email confirmation and credit card immediately has pending charge. Several days later, I checked on order only to find it was canceled. (Item out of stock, I presume?) I received no notification, and item still showing as pending credit card charge.
