Horrible atmosphere. Very disorganized. Failure to pay employees. Multiple Lawsuits against this facility. Will not be returning.

Former employee. Instructors have no idea what they are coaching there. The instructors are teaching things that ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. Clocked over many hours and they have not paid me. They have multiple lawsuits with this issue from hiring employees and then not paying them.

Our kids have attended classes, camps, taken individual training and played on their travel team. We've had a membership and rented tunnels and space there. Our Little League partnered with them and was greatly enriched through the extremely generous services they provided to our league families. They have a beautiful facility that is maintained well, friendly people with legitimate instruction.

Just played a baseball tournament. So much for Covid safety. Only 1 umpire, he's behind the plate, 1' from players and is not required to wear a mask. When I questioned the facility director he said they were state mandated to have the umpire behind the plate instead behind the pitchers mound and he is not required to wear a mask. This makes no sense in an area that covid rates have been spiking and is putting people at risk. Use your head Frozen Ropes, it doesn't need to be stale mandated for you to make the umpire wear a mask. Very disappointed to say the least, I will.be contacting the Governor's office.

My grandson played here & trained here for many years. Made him a great baseball player who received a Division 1 scholarship!
