Far and away the most negligent people we have ever worked with!! They RUINED so many items through their "cleaning" process. We did not get a lot of items returned to us that they took from our home after the fire. When we did get SOME of our items back, we also got SOMEONE ELSE'S items!! We graciously returned them, but never had our items returned to us. They ruined a 4,300 custom rug, but far and away the worst thing they did was not return my late grandmothers hand crossstiched tea towels and THREW AWAY the hand written notes that were attached to the quilts that my Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother quilted BY HAND! I pointed all of these items out to them when they were picking them up, pointed out the notes that were pinned to them, asked if I should take photos and keep the notes while they took the quilts for cleaning and was ASSURED that they had a process, that they did not discard anything, that they took photos of everything before and after to ensure it was returned in "pre-fire state" LIES!! THEY can not locate the notes, or her tea towels or so many of my daughters clothes and they did nothing to try to make it right but rather hounded the insurance company to make sure they got paid THOUSANDS for ruining, misplacing and destroying our belongings. NEVER EVER EVER TRUST THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS!!! I would have rated them lower if I could have.
