Don't usually leave reviews but felt I should on this occasion mainly because I placed my order without first reading reviews and then when I saw them I was thinking the worst. However, my experience here has been really good. Ordered a Jack and Jill seat for my mum, really good price and can pay through Klarna. Got very comprehensive shipping updates and arrived 2 days later, no problems at all. Product absolutely fine.

I Just received my 3 year old sons backpack (late) for preschool starting next week and the bag I received was completely different from advertised (it was a george from peppa pig shark backpack) advertised as having a novelty hood attached (reason for buying) and a front pocket, the bag we received was just a square bag wit a zip no front pocket no hood Completely different bag, 17.95 for something I wouldnt give you 5 for! Very disappointed
ordered step ladders for my mum. faulty safety catch, even I can barely lock/release it. No way a lady in her 70's will be able to, even though it is marketed towards the elderly. Tried speaking on the phone regarding return but not available. Make you do it online with the most unhelpful form and they're expecting me to pay to post it back to them. The ladders are 12kg, the postal fee is 20-25. Why should I pay when the product isn't fit for purpose?! AVOID THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the 1 stars on here tell the story. Wish I'd looked before purchasing
Don’t buy from this site please. I purchased an 8cm mattress protector from this company as it stated it was co. Uk thinking I was buying from uk. My item came from China and was no where near 8cm not even 3 cm thick. I have tried to resolve but got nowhere and the cost to return is over 40. I’m already 80 out of pocket for getting inferior good.
After waiting for over 2 month for my item, and numerous emails which gets replied only once daily (they have no phone number for customer service), I finally got a totally different item in mail. (Ordered ear pads for headphone, received a cable!). Then they wrote me an email that it was a mistake at their end in marketing. (The ad clearly saying selling a pair of ear pads with photo of them). Now if I want my item, I must pay the postage send the cable back to them for an exchange? Would you on a sane mind want to do business with these crooks. Stay away... if I had purchased from China I would have got my item in a month and would have been cheaper. I paid more and thought these guys will deliver my item in matter of days... true modern highway robbery. Only if I could give less than 1 star.... - I must say that after a week they reached me and apologized and mentioned that they can send me the right item with tracking number... after 2 long weeks of waiting I received a package with the same wire as the first one package and no sign of air pads. One must be insane to deal with these thieves.

We were worried after reading the reviews but far better service than Homebase . We didn’t receive confirmation straight away, but did get a reply to email sent. The product came as arranged 2 days ! Correct product very happy thank you x
