Top quality pub food served by friendly staff. In fact, the menu was more like what you would expect from a good quality restaurant. Very cosy inside with Covid-friendly seating. Excellent views over to the Summer Isles, too. I cannot fault it.

We drove 40min just to get to that pub but oh boy was it worth it! Very cosy little pub and very typical, nice relaxed atmosphere with mostly locals (I think we were the only tourists which made the experience even better, we were there in March but I'm guessing it's a bit more crowded in the summer). Good selection of food, I had the fish and chips and it was very tasty, not to greasy. The host is very helpful and didn't mind repeating when we struggled with the Scottish accent :) very nice place, I would definitely go there again and would warmly recommend for some authentic pub experience!

The view, the scallops the friendly and efficient service are all wonderful. But in this particular year I'd have been even happier with the sight of more people than us wearing facemasks.
