Great place for airsoft accesories. Small friendly environment
Steve from Fubar Bundy was simply fantastic. He procured me a Umarex M27 IAR quickly and dispatched it quickly and dealt with issues with the courier for me. This is where the real test of customer service came in. The courier that the package went out with initially failed to even attempt to deliver the package. When I spoke to Steve, he apologised despite it not being his fault and out of his control and he told me when the supposed delivery attempts happened so working with Steve, I forwarded CCTV footage of those times and dates so that Steve had some ammunition to 'fire' at the courier. Steve very quickly opened a case with the logistics carrier and had the rifle returned quickly. He checked the rifle over, for me, repackaged it and sent it next day via a different courier. This time, it was received next day without issue. Steve has given me some of the best service and been very patient with resolving the issues around the delivery of the rifle. Best service I've had from an Airsoft retailer so far! Thank you again!
Ordered an FMA vertical grip, never arrived. Contacted them via email and never got a reply. Opened a case with PayPal, never showed interest in resolving the issue. Cannot recommend this shop.
Honest team who evidently love what they do and are forever willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're fully satisfied. Quality stock, excellent prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
