I really miss the Kisoji at Akasaka Mitsuke The one in Ginza is great but very elegant The one in Fuchu is very nice but more like a family restaurant But Akasaka Mitsuke - now there was a proper, gourmand shabu shabu place We had an excellent meal in Fuchu Excellent service and very good value I will go back

Faultless service excellent meat all you can drink and a set course menu for 4000 yen. This is a classy place that puts covers over your tacky cheap backpacks to stop the smells of your shabushabu offending you're backpacks. So if you ever happen to be here give it a go.
