I am absolutely disgusted with this Pandora shop. My daughter bought me a mama and baby elephant hanging from a blue balloon charm 7 months ago. The said charm broke and thank god I saw the little elephants on the floor at home,it had a third ring both the elephants and balloon were attached too,that ring had gone because it obviously wasn't soldered. So I went to this shop and they asked me for my receipt which I didn't have my daughter didn't give it too me. All they kept saying to me was no no no they can't do anything with out the receipt. The charm had only been released last year and was brand new to the collection when my daughter bought it for me. I was so very upset at how I was treated it was also explained that this charm is very meaningful, my daughter bought it because I ksot my mum suddenly and it was to represent her as the mama and me as the baby. Anyway I came home and messaged my daughter about this and she said she had the receipt as an E receipt so she forwarded it to me via email. So off I went again with my son and he explained to another lady all what had happened etc etc she saw the e receipt and asked if it was bought online i said no. If it had of been she was going to tell me there was nothing they could do even though the charm has a 2 year guarantee. She then said they don't have this charm but maybe she could get it ordered but she ahs to speak to her manageress first, so she wrote down my sons phone number and said she would call him. Well this happened a week ago and we have had no call back we have tried to call the shop with the number that is advertised on there site. Guess what no answer. I am so angry and furious at how I am being treated. I've even emailed Pandora's head quarters in Copenhagen and guess what, yep no reply. Pull your fingers out pandora this is a very poor show. I will be going back to the shop as soon as I can and I will let you know the outcome.
