I came here yesterday to buy my wife a pair of sketchers and was advised by the lady with long curly hair that the size was probably wrong ( converting from UK to EU size) but I stupidly ignored her. I returned today to change them and as soon as she saw me she laughed because she knew I'd be back. A great friendly service and excellent prices and exchange for the correct size was very easy.
