I’ve been customer for Deutscher Bank for 12 years for the last few months I have been receiving very poor customer service by the new manager Pablo Herrero and his team I have decided to move with a different bank .

Will never answer the telephone.
It is a shame that they dont want to help you just because they want to go home. I have to wait until you open again. But that is fine with me if you treat me the same way as you treat my friend. Then I have no problems saying that this is the BEST BANK IN SPAIN. But time will tell if i feel that way. I do however feel verry optimistic with you guys. See you soon
I have during 25 minutes tried to contact Deutsche Bank... And noone picks up the phone when you try to get in contact with them. Not that this is anything new. Seen as this happens everytime I have to contact them.... Besides this their phone number is a service number, so it cost we around 7-8 euros just to wait in a queue to finally speak to noneone but their answer maschine who seems to be the biggest joke on earth.... Your service is horrible... I wish I had never chosen to have a bank with you guys....
Terrible service, i waited there for 20 minutes nobody talked to me although they did not have clients, they were chitchatting with each other, lazy people
