the overall experience was good. waiters were attentive. about right with the pricing of the menu. nacho starter was tasty but arrived on the cold side of warm. steak was Cooked just right and tasty. my partner enjoyed his burger. will probably return.

Food itself is just ok. Basic issue the time we went was that the waitress dropped a tray of drinks behind my wife and glass went everywhere including inside her boots!. There was concern but honestly that's the least that there should have been. The food was pretty poorly presented also.
Great place for great food. Very friendly and attentive staff. Super kids menu. Very good size portions. Delicious desserts! ***Update *** Returned today after a long period of lockdown which meant that we could not get out of our town. Today we celebrated my daughter's birthday by having a family lunch. The welcome was as warm as usual.... Food great... Service brilliant and thanks especially to Juanjo and Eddie who are always attentive.....

If the food wasn't so great, I wouldn't ever return because the service is usually horrible but recently I've noticed that they actually tried with our last visit. They even asked us if we wanted more to drink. I will say though that coming from an American this is real authentic American cuisine. ****UPDATE**** I recently dropped by with my boyfriend and his friend. We called ahead and the manager answered positively and communicated to the servers, whom were welcoming upon our arrival. A Great food and management. Our server was lovely but unfortunately we’re not always so lucky. Anyway this experience has made me change my rating from 4 to 5 stars because the manager and our waiter were both superb
Spareribs niet so good. They came out the fridge and were cold on my plate. Dessert was okay
Was served a raw burger with no apology, instead asked if I'd like it cooked "Well done". It's not a fillet steak love, just cook it right the first time, not raw and cold in the middle. Rest of the food very average. It's not value when you can eat in a good restaurant for the same money. The only plus is for the very pleasant tall guy waiter, who was good with kids even though he wasn't serving us. Lady waiter wasn't interested, didn't see her teeth once.
