I visit Spain very often and I always use the service of Kodinonni. I would highly recommend them. The staff is great and helpful. Always friendly and kind with me and my partner. The prices are reasonable and you get a great location and fast service. They always recommend us places to visit or activities to do in Fuengirola or the surrounding areas. We have trusted this agency for four years and we are very satisfied! However, we are very demanding and they offer us several products until we find the right one, thank you for your patience :) There is no problem for the method of payment: we give a deposit by bank transfer to reserve then, on the spot, we pay in cash, it is our choice, but it is possible to pay the total amount by transfer . What a pleasure to arrive on vacation without unpleasant surprises! The photos are in conformity with the products and the keys given to the agency. So for this year again, we will trust you and count on you to find the apartment of our dreams!
If you long term rent don’t pay them in cash. Pay through your bank at least you have proof. Don’t give them any cash, it will disappear. Check your receipts have a number on them, all official cash transactions should have numbered receipts. The picture I’ve added are receipts from this scam company. Not numbered! This is my experience of them, it’s mostly cash in hand, with pony hand written receipts that are not numbered. Why would that be? Cash in hand. Obviously I am not going to put the whole receipt on here showing my name,address, how much rent I pay etc. Mr Shalah, prove these are not your hand written unnumbered and therefore, financially unaccountable receipts.
We have been renting from Kodinonni for more than 8 years, with great confidence and pleasure. Always fulfills her agreements correctly and gives a lot of information and super service. We are very happy with Kodinonni and hope we can continue to do this for years to come. A super company!
