Natascha is incredible. Patient, gentle and kind. She transformed our newly adopted rescue dog into a whole new dog! We couldn't believe the change! She carefully and gently took away all the hundreds of knots in his poor hair, and we picked up a dog with a soft and beautiful coat! We cannot thank you enough Natascha!
