We came in asking for one property, and ended up being interested in five. 3 days later we went to check out 2/3 that we wanted to see. Last property, an overpriced prefab villa... didn’t seem safe at all. No renovations, unsure if it’s attached to the hill, soon to be illegal water pump, structure collapsing. I wasn’t expecting gold, just a house that wasn’t gonna head to the hill while I am asleep anytime soon. We also requested to see a couple more properties the first day... but well, never heard a word. Fortunately we had several alternative plans, after months of research. I apologise to the agent, as he seemed extremely nice. But I cannot avoid the truth of the experience.

Solex Homes is Super nice, very competent. They go above and beyond to help to with paperwork and registrations, with no Ekstra fee, if you buy from them. They speak English, Spanish, Finnish and a little Swedish.
Tomas was fantastic to deal with as the selling agent when we bought our property in Fuengirola so much so that we hired him as our property manager for renting our property when we are not there.
