Appointment booked ‘online’. But was called to ask for all the information again anyways. Requested a car whilst the car was being serviced. When I arrived there was no substitute car! What was I expected to wonder the streets for god knows how many hours? Wasted my time and efforts getting there for nothing! Not the level of service you expect from a approved dealership.

Never again! The sales department are none trustworthy and I would not buy as much as a wheelbarrow from these people. They offered my next to nothing for my part-exchange car, and then changed the price three times.

Can take half an hour to drop off your vehicle and the same to collect - too long. Lots of long faces in the service area - need to speed the process up. Appointment system doesn't work. Staff are professional and helpful - but let's face it - they should be at 60Euros an hour.
