Even though I visited there just for nothing and had a board what i bought from MURASAKI SPORTS one of the employees came out and lossed my board’s wheel cuz it was little tight since it was brand new. What’s more, he was very frank and kind and knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for good bikes, and wanna ask some questions I recommend just to go there and ask about bikes and surfs and skate when you visit murasaki sports. Thank you.

I visited here because the atmosphere and culture of this shop are similar to California and Mr. Tsubasa Takahashi speaks English but I was very disappointed in their quality of work and attitude. First, they changed a flat tire and upon returning the next day the tire was still flat, even though they repaired it, they didn’t check it before my arrival, wasting my time. Then, I gave them another opportunity and asked them to change a wheel and tube. They did so for 7000 but I noticed 1 hour later the wheel was unsteady and shaking slightly after installation. I returned to inform them but they wanted to charge me 3000-4000, and told me repairing the instability costs extra. They are crazy! That should have been part of the installation. I will never visit them again and cannot recommend this shop for such dishonesty.

여기서 비치크루저 샀어요! 남편꺼랑 두개 샀는데 가격은 저렴하진 않았지만 직원들이 친절했고 다양한 디자인의 자전거가 있어서 좋았어요
とーっても親切にしていただきました！ 従業員数名いらっしゃいますが、どの方も優しく丁寧に接してくれます。 イベント等もありますし、遠いですが通います。 我が家のビーチクルーザー納車するまで半年近くかかりましたが、度々連絡も下さって安心してお願いすることができました。
