Probably the best burger I’ve had in Tokyo. Has all the elements of a kinda well made soul food. The staffs were wonderful always smiling as usual. It can be crowded during lunch time so you better be prepared or just visit the shop an hour after noontime.

Shake Shack never ceases to impress. The food. THE FOOD! It's amazing. Best fast food burgers hands down. Location: The store was clean, easily accessible, and not too crowded. Being surrounded by multiple stores and small shops is a plus, just as well as being close to a train station too. Great location, store, and helpful staff rounds this place out as a top of the line place to eat. Food: The food is downright amazing, if you go in expecting a normal fast food burger with some average fries then you will be happily surprised. The shakes are phenomenal, the burgers taste better than dedicated restaurants specializing in burgers (looking at you TGIF), and the fries are crispy and delicious. There is even a vegetarian burger that replaces the patty with a fried portobello mushroom and it is AMAZING. I'm not even vegetarian and I order it half the time just because it is SO GOOD. Price: This is where it gets a bit hairy, the price is really steep. Like over 20 (2,000Y) for 2 people here on basic meals. The reason I keep it at 5 stars is because this is the only "fast food" restaurant that I will willingly pay 20 on food at. It is THAT good. Fun Fact: The cooking technique they use for the burgers uses freshly ground beef in a style called "smashburger cooking" where you put the ground meat in a ball, sear the outside, then smash it down on the griddle with the flat of your spatula. This style of cooking gives way more variation in texture and a much more complex flavor profile than you will get at a normal burger joint. If you haven't tried it, TRY IT.

う〜〜〜ん？何か微妙でした… 新宿で食べたあのボリューム感と肉肉しさがなく至って普通の高いハンバーガーです。 なぜだろう？ 店舗によってボリュームと味違うのか？ 同じ施設のマックは満員なのにガラガラなのはそのせいか？ あと飲み物は高過ぎですね〜 新宿店の4.2に対して3.5（今日現在）この評価は正しいな〜 是非レベルアップを期待しております。

パティは肉々しかったけど、バンズが薄くて軟らかくて弱い感じ。見た目のインパクトもいまいち。なので、コスパは悪いかな。ニューヨーク発祥でおしゃれ、なんだろうけど。土曜日の午後6時位に行って、向こう側のマクドナルドが満席なのに比べて、こちらはガラガラでした。 ダブルのベーコンバーガーとチキンバーガーとレモネードで2500円超えだもんね。 I guess my hope was way too high, lol. We got a double smoke shack bacon cheese burger(1290) and a chicken burger for 760（ish）. I thought if you pay that kind of price, you would get very best but... Beef patty was pretty good but buns were soft and weak. I think I won't go back again. Anyway, we went there around 6PM on Saturday but store was pretty empty. By the way, the BIG M next to it was full of people.
