駐車スペースは建物正面に数台分、少し離れた場所東り町向かい側に専用駐車場もあります。 住民票や謄本類他、市役所発行の証明書などを交付。また、片瀬・片瀬海岸地区の選挙投票所でもあります。 ポスト、公衆電話、消火栓（採水口）も備えられています。 車椅子の無料貸出しも。 敷地内の八重桜の大木は、４月染井吉野の花が咲き終える頃に満開を迎え、淡い透き通るような美しいピンク色の花は見事なものです。
