日本化薬の跡地でリーデンローズに通じる広場です。此処でめったに催しものがない。たまに選挙の応援演説ぐらい。此の広場を利用するには市の公園緑地管理課に事前に申込みしなければいけない。利用料金1日9001700まで12000円半日9001300まで6000円、13001700 まで6000円、夜間1700200まで5200円です。広場の施設は公衆電話・トイレ・休憩テラス・ベンチが有ります。普段は人通りが少なくリーデンローズでなにか催しものがあれば人通りが多い
