I'm trying to convert my Brazilian driver's license to a German one. Wrote an email to the Führenscheinstelle Fulda and quickly got a reply. Than I made a visit without appointment to clarify some issues and I was attended in less than 10 minutes. Now I need to collect all the documents, which is a lot, but I guess it's the same bureaucracy in every country. But so far the Führenscheinstelle showed to be very cooperative and well organized.

I bought a car from NextCar, a local dealer in summer 2015. They said you can register the car by yourself. Well, it's really not that easy in Deutschland. You need many papers, and you need cash. It was friday afternoon and they were gonna close the place at 13.00. But you know what? They waited me an half an hour as I was running for all the papers! Friday afternoon! Best service I've ever got! Vielen danke! I will send you some very good finnish chokolate. Merry Christmas to you all!

Super Service, schneller und freundlicher Ablauf. Ich hatte einen Termin und fande den ganzen Anmelde Vorgang sehr angenehm und effizient. Bei Problemen wurde mir geholfen. Wartezeit war nie länger als 2 Minuten. Also durchaus ein Amt was man empfehlen kann!
