I have rented storage units for 5 continuous years in 5 different locations. This was, by far, the most advanced, seamless admin that I’ve experienced. I made a call, a professional answered and had me set up, ready to move in after a few minutes and easy E-sign. Literally, I was able to move in after 5 minutes. A combination was given to me for gate and a lock on units, viola, a new lock was waiting for me inside units. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FULL BASEMENT STORAGE!
Full Basement's prices are by far the best for the location and convenience. The owner is incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions. The online payment process is simple and easy. I was able to sign up completely online and move my stuff into the unit the same day. I recommend this self storage facility above all others.
Great storage solution and best prices! Facility has cameras everywhere and the customer service is great, always a person on the other line when you call! Will continue to use as it's a great remote but easily accessible location which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
