Full Contact Performance Centre is the best gym in the country as far as I’m concerned. With state of the art weights facilities, including a full strength and conditioning centre for a more intensive weights and cardio workouts.With all modern Weight lifting machines to train every part of the body this place really is exceptional. The staff here are the best in the business with Derrick, Charlotte & the other staff always friendly and there to assist if you ever need them. Private one to one training is also available here which is well worth the money. Wether you’re just looking to get into shape or plan on heavy duty weight lifting, FCPC can cater for all your needs. The best gym I’ve come across, I highly recommended it.

If what you want from a gym is somewhere you can get your head down and chuck around some weights I would totally recommend. If you are a poser or expecting top of the range cv equipment probably not for you. You will freeze in winter and sweat in the summer. Best gym I’ve ever been a member of, great value, friendly staff. 100% recommend to anyone.
