Number one place to buy powerstroke parts alot of variety and options had one issue with a tee shirt I ordered not showing up and the sent me a free hat with the shirt only place I buy powerstroke parts from

No integrity. Ordered a part. Specifically told employee I needed it asap and I'd be happy to pay extra for shipping. Was assured I would receive part in two days because they ship ups. I received tracking info, they shipped the part usps therefore my part wouldn't get here for a week. Called company and no one knew anything about it. Zero honor or integrity. Buy your parts elsewhere. ** UPDATE** Response from owner just reinforced my entire complaint. No integrity or willingness to take responsibility for error on the part of FFD.

What brought us to Full Force was a issue with our 2000 7.3L romping horribly and then our truck would completely die (Lose all power). While looking over our truck they found several other issues that needed to be dealt with regarding the suspension, steering, etc. We agreed to go ahead with all repairs..we had some issues getting a part...when we brought our concerns to the Owner, Ryan I believe was his name, he sat down listened to us....and a part that had taken a month to still not receive...he was able to get to us within 3 days. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that our Girl got back to us and are continuing to work with us to fix some other small issues that came up during the repairs. I highly recommend Matt in service, and Ryan the owner at Full Force for any of your Diesel repair needs!!! The have earned a lifelong customer
