Had a issue with my heater turning on and off so I gave Chris a call and he was right out. Very professional and knowledgeable explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. Also showed me how to maintenance and keep the heater running smoothly such as changing filters and etc. I just purchased this home two weeks ago so did not know to much about this furnace but Chris made sure to explain everything to me. Will definitely use his company again and would recommend to anyone.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to my house being 60 degrees. I also have a newborn daughter so I was in full panic mode. I called Chris and he came out within an hour to come inspect my heater. Unfortunately I needed a completely new furnace and was expecting that the repair wouldn’t even happen for a week. To my surprise Chris said he would come on Sunday morning at 8am to install the furnace - and sure enough 8am on the dot on a Sunday he arrived and got to work. He installed the heater and had heat restored in my house within 36 hours of my phone call. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable...and willing to explain and show why repairs are needed. Definitely a trustworthy guy! Highly recommend to anyone!!

This is the best HVAC service around my area. I originally called another service to take a look at the heater and they basically only told me they couldn't work on it and couldn't get the part, so they said around 5,000 minimum for a new heater. I decided to call full service heating and air for a second opinion before I attempting to apply for a loan for that much. The guy was supposed to come tuesday but he decided to fit us in earlier on Saturday after his last job and was able to help us. We may still need to replace the heater but his price was so much more reasonable and was able to get heater working for us for the time being. If we do need to replace the whole system, we will definitely be going with this company.

I had Chis come out 2 different times for another house. Both times he was very nice, professional and courteous. I looked up what is wrong with my heater and the repair before he got to my place. He told me exactly what it said to do online. Very honest man. I have to use him again today and trust him explicitly. His fees are very reasonable. He would be the first one I call in any heating or air condition problem.
