Smaller than neighboring Motoyawata station, Shimousa-Nakayama station has only one platform with escalator and elevator leading to the exit. Inside the station, toilets and kiosk are available. Also, outside the ticket gate, you can find Newdays convenience store, Beck’s Coffee and a noodle shop. Nothing fancy. Station needs renovation and more bicycle parking area.

Local station, less crowded. Convenient location, a stop away from Nishi-Funabashi. Not many shops but enough to buy daily goods.

中山法華経寺の最寄り駅。 駅にみどりの窓口がありませんので、みどりの窓口でしか買えない乗車券など購入する場合は本八幡駅か西船橋駅へ行く必要があります。窓口でその旨伝えれば無料の往復乗車票を発行してもらえます。
