Big time thieves! Careful with this unhelpful and incompentent bunch of losers. Car paid, but not being able to pick it up. Refund? Hahahaha.... get lost. 200 Gone for not having a car.

Une belle bande de voleurs. 2 locations sur le site Europcar avec des prix attractifs. Je tiens a dire que j'ai déjà loué avec une recuperation de véhicule a Lisbonne et Porto sans aucun soucis. Mais a l'agence de Fundão ce fut 2 fois un vol. La première fois obligation de prendre l'assurance tout risque sinon je n'ai pas le véhicule. Et le deuxième fois, le véhicule est indisponible, soit je prend la version au dessus 100 soit je part a pied. Donc allez avec confiance sur le site d'Europcar, mais attention a l'agence de Fundão.
