Jeanette and her Family are very warm welcoming and treated us with dignity and respect at such a sad time. Shortly before Christmas my family were distressed by the death of my father John. Initially we went to Funerals From The heart as they were local, we never regretted this decision for one moment. Janette, Louise and her team were both professional, understanding, warm and calming at a time of great distress for me personally. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they attempted and succeeded to make the entire procedure as pain free as possible.
