It would deserve 0 star !!! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY ON THIS WEBSITE !!!!! First order, the fur was not the same color as shown on the website. I wrote an email about that but decided to re-order something matching what I expected. 2nd order received, I was first happy about it. When I started organising the fur to cut / sew it, I saw a piece of it was missing. They didn't send me the correct size, the size I paid for. That can happen to make mistakes of course. They have a good clients service. Unfortunately, they offered me a refund for the quantity of fur missing. Anyone sewing knows that we can't do anything with that and that we can't realize our project when there is a lack of fabrics. AT THE END, 2 ORDERS, TWICE DISAPPOINTED, I CAN'T USE THE FUR I BOUGHT CAUSE THE PIECE IS WAY TO SMALL, AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND MY ORDER. So much money used for nothing.
