We used Furlonger to take down a large but dangerous copper beech in Surrey. They did an excellent job: quick, safe and professional. They left the site clear and clean we are happy with their services.

Have used them in past years. During last 2 weeks have left 3 phone messages and also sent email setting out details of prospective work all in a pleasant way but disappointingly have not heard back. Appreciate Furlongers are kept busy but short msge back would have been much appreciated. Sadly have gone elsewhere now.

Arranged for the team to come and cut one of my trees down on Monday, the day has come and no one turned up and no one phoned me to explain. I have therefore phoned where they apologised but said they could come the following day. I have explained I'm on nights so requested an afternoon appointment which they said was fine. I have got up early from my night shift, and again, no one has turned up or had the decency to phone me. I have sent an email to explain my disappointment and there was absolutely no service recovery, and again, no one had the decency to reply. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend these cowboys to anyone. I had 11 conifers to be reduced and the debris to be removed, however they left all of the debris for me to now have to employ someone else to remove, they churned up my lawn with the chipper, and after leaving several emails, and voice messages they still have not contacted me to put things right. They have been fully paid (most up front) and now don't care, hence the review.

It was the first time we've used Tom and his team and we'd certainly use them again. The job was to thin and trim 6 large conifers in our garden. Polite, punctual and very professional, they worked hard in sweltering conditions on the hottest day of the year (32 degrees)! The quality of their work was high and they even did a few extras which weren't in the original quote which itself was very reasonable. They did a great job cleaning up and chipping the debris and left us with a few logs to use. I would thoroughly recommend them.
