I agree with many people who commented here regarding Furman Property's cleaning fee. Before I moved out, I literally spent days on the cleaning just wanted to make it look perfect. Even the inspector praised my cleaning when I checked out. However, days later I received a 40 dollars bill for some extra cleaning but didn't mentioned where. I ended up paid for it becuase I didn't want to argue over some 40 dollars, but Furman Propery you could have done better.

This is the best company we have ever rented from! We had gone in to say yes to the apartment we toured just a tad too late and Mary Thompson dropped what she was doing to find us a similar place and showed it to us immediately. They are always professional (even for stupid questions) and they respond quickly to issues. When we need a repair we will see the worker no later than the following morning. Our repair man was even kind enough to work on a separate issue that he wasn’t called for. Not to mention we ask for advice on a small mouse issue, and he went to the store and got us everything and scoped the apartment for access points! I also love how well they respond to yard care for the most part. I’ve never lived in a place with completely cleared sidewalks in the winter.

When I moved in 3 years ago the unit was not clean at all, full of dead insects, dirty bathroom, windows, and kitchen cabinets. I documented and report to the property manager. It took hours for me to clean them. After 3 years before moving out I cleaned everything for hours and everything was shining. The inspector told me that there is still room for more cleaning!! Be aware, No matter in what condition you receive the unit they expect you to move out while everything is like brand new!! they charged me and my roommate 106 for cleaning! I guess they will always have an excuse to charge you for the cleaning!

Do not rent a place with them at all. They will charge you regardless of how well you clean the apartment. We moved out of our apt and a close friend took our old apt, they charged us for cleaning but my friend told me that they sent nobody to clean what they mentioned in our invoice! It's so shameful for them to charge you while not spending that money! Never ever I will rent an apt from them!
