There used to be good doctors at Furnace House but they've left and there's been a huge turnover of doctors since. I've just had emergency surgery because of years of misdiagnosis finally resulted in a life-threatening condition. I'm now left with additional health problems because of Furnace House's neglect. When I needed a doctor out of hours, there was none, and NHS Direct advised me to go to A&E. I don't think I'll ever trust this practice again.

If you want to be looked after don't go here, receptionists are very rude, can't get appointment. Phone up at half 8 and your waiting until half 9 to get through to them then all appointments have gone. Disgraceful

I have always been able to get an appointment on the day. All of the doctors that I have seen have been very kind and professional.

Fairly standard GP. Sometimes you'll wait over half an hour after you turn up for agreed appointment time. The receptionist that takes the appointments over the phone has a disgraceful attitude but other than that standard fare.

Excellent doctors very understanding and caring . Reception staff very helpful and caring also. 95% appointments same day and waiting time minimal.
