Waited 55 minutes on hold listening to the most annoying music and the continuing voice of someone telling me what number I was in the queue if I could of given a zero star I would of, I know that things are a bit chaotic at the moment but you shouldn't have to wait this long ,then she told me it's because everyone is phoning about the vaccinations was the reason, also it would be a good idea to change the music it drives you mad listening to the same tune over and over and over and over

I had shifted to Carlisle and wanted to register myself and my husband in this gp at the earliest since my husband is diabetic and have heart problems. I went with the filled forms and after briefing up my husband's illness, Jackie was very happy to help. She was very understanding and registered my husband right away. She even called him to give an appointment for flu jab. We are very happy about the service provided by Jackie.

I've been trying/waiting & also hoping (in vain) to be seen for about 5 weeks so far about my contant back pain/ new sciatica but can only guess nothing's gonna happen after all this time. I'll just need to keep suffering or maybe go abroad or something? I'd gladly pay and go abroad if I didn't have to pay my NI. Maybe if I google 'any chance of a scan.com' I might find somebody interested? Suppose as it's not covid it's not impotant statistically??
