Genaro and his team catered our wedding in far north Bexar County in March 2017. I cannot say enough about how great of a job Fusion did, and what a huge hit they were with our guests. Two of our guests have asked about them since the event. Fusion was very communicative throughout the planning process. They were receptive to our ideas, and flexible with ever-changing plans. They tailored their pricing to our needs/budget. The service staff was professional, friendly and unobtrusive during the event. They were punctual and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I give Fusion my highest endorsement, and will undoubtedly use their services for future catering needs. You will not regret hiring them too!

Best experience ever! Not only did Flor work with me to meet the needs of an eclectic group of eaters, but everything came in per my squished budget. The MACONDO writers - students and faculty - were so satisfied with the savory vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free entrees provided. There was no sacrifice of quality or quantity or flavor -- and the service was impeccable, professional, and highly punctual. Fusions made my life incredibly easier and I am grateful for the service: I got more than was paid for... they delivered their very best for a gala, weekly daily lunches, and big Sunday brunch. Exceptional people doing exceptional work.

Amazing food! You will not be disappointed. Went to a food tasting for our wedding - tried chicken marsala & chicken florentine, the mash potatoes were to die for. Very satisfied with their service and food. Flor was very friendly and helpful and super accommodating.
