Future Air installed my system six years ago. I called for service and they told me they don't service my area. But at the time they installed it. It was not a problem, nor would it be in servicing it. What happened?

The consultant was knowledgeable and honest. The pricing was very fair, but most importantly, the install was thorough and clean. They replaced my gas furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend Future Air and am happy to have found my go to HVAC company.

I called Future Air at about 11 o'clock this morning and they said they'd try to get a technician out the same day. I was both shocked and amazed when Adam and Damien arrived at my house early in the afternoon (after letting me know they were on the way). After a short while they were able to diagnose a bad circuit board in my Air Conditioning. They didn't have a replacement circuit board on their truck, but they were able to implement a temporary workaround to get my house cooled off again while I order the necessary part so I couldn't be happier. Their invoice for this service call and minor repair was less than HALF what I paid another company to come out here earlier this summer and the other company didn't even fix the problem! I can't recommend Future Air enough and I won't hesitate to call them again if I should have more problems with my HVAC. Thanks again Adam and Damien!
