waited 15 minutes on my food for it not to be fresh after she said it was just cooked. when I asked why, she said she didn't know I wanted it fresh.

Wish I could give it 0 stars cause I went through the drive through around 9:40pm on Monday the 21st and ordered the steakhouse patty melt and it was cold. So cold that I couldn't eat it I had to microwave it on break at work and I had to wait on it. The bread was not toasted at all and it was the worse sandwich I have ever eaten from this Jacks but I wont be going back! I took pictures just cant figure out how to post them.
Jack's is always good no matter what You get!
