Absolutely rediculous on what I have to go through in order to get Concrete. Seems the only person worth taking to there is Beau! Many times I call for mud for a set time and they can’t have it there on time or close to my time due to them not paying attention or lack of communication between employees. Or the fact it’s a C.O.D so automatically my order gets set as low priority. The only reason I buy from them is because other companies are to busy.
We had the concrete scheduled to be delivered, and then we called right before it was supposed to be here and we were told that we were bumped for a more important customer. I don’t know how they can continue to operate this way forgetting orders already placed, but I would highly recommend you use another concrete company if you want your concrete to be delivered on time as requested. I would’ve given them zero stars if I could have.
