DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company rips people off, does not stand behind their work, and takes advantage of people. What kind of plumber pushes a snake in but fails to turn the snake? Yes, it temporarily cleared a blockage only for them to have to come back less than a week later when the blockage inevitably returned. 450 for the first visit, 450 for them to come back 6 days later & actually turn the snake! They wouldn't even work with us on the when I talked to the office about this. Basically told me deal with it. Please save yourself some trouble & call another company.

The service technician was great. It took too long to get a simple answer as to when i would have a technician at my house and the front office misquoted the price of the service. A difference between 150 per hour and 475 per hour. Another issue is that a 475 bill for snaking a main waste line leading from the house literally taking no more effort than snaking a toilet shouldn't be a 325 price difference. All in all the problem was fixed. But this pricing seems waaaay too high. I would recommend this company ONLY if you're in an absolute pinch. I would have shopped around or just rented the equipment I needed instead of using this company had they priced it accurately to begin with. But three days with our waste spilling into the yard put me in a bit of a pinch on time. So, lesson learned.

I have called Eberly on 2 separate occasions now and each time the call was friendly they were here when they said they would be and the guys were thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anybody for issues big or small. They were worth every penny!
