As a special needs parent with a completely non verbal child - I have been so lucky to have Dr Gabrielle be our provider for the past 7 years. She is truly phenomenal with my child and can get an eye test done without words and sometimes without compliance. She is truly remarkable. Her staff are friendly and reliable and you get the feeling it's a real work family in her office. If you have a special needs child or a child that needs some extra assistance this is the place to go!

Dr. Gabrielle is one of the best pediatric doctors we have encountered. We sought her out 3 years ago to get a second opinion for my 5 yo - whose former eye doc recommended vision therapy but we weren’t sure why/if she needed it. Dr. G came highly recommended by a trusted source and we’re so glad we had our daughter assessed. Over the 2 hour exam we would learn exactly what was going on with our daughter’s eyes, a handful of things we literally never knew. In addition to learning the name of each of her issues, we learned what the impact would be if we DON’T fix them. Natalie’s conditions require vision therapy to improve her conditions. The skill set it takes to run a good practice, work well with children AND their parents- closing the knowledge gap for us- is extremely impressive IMO. Dr. G is amazing at working with children. She moves through the exam with grace, has such a calm, pleasant demeanor and many tools to keep kids on task. You could tell right away that she is a pro. We recently brought our 3 yo son in to be assessed and we were worried how he would do during the 2 hour exam. Of course, she’s got tricks and tools for all ages. It was fun to watch her pivot to work with our son differently than our daughter. I can tell both kids feel comfortable there. We are now 3 years into vision therapy and our daughter’s conditions are greatly improving. Our investment in therapy will help her be successful academically and in sports in ways otherwise not possible. Visiting the office during the pandemic has been fine- they take so many precautions and have a good system to keep everyone safe and everything clean. I’m grateful we’ve been able to continue therapy throughout the pandemic and have avoided any major regression. Look no further of you’re in search for a special eye doc or are on the fence re: vision therapy.

We recently visited Gabrielle Family Vision for my son’s follow up appointment. I wanted to give a major shout-out to the enormous efforts they are going to so the clinic is as safe as possible. I was anxious before, and was put at ease once I saw how incredible their set up is. It seems like every detail has been thought of. From the main door being open, the sanitizing station and easily understood instructions right there, to reception desk being plexiglassed off to the amazing extra care during the appointment. For those reading, Dr Gabrielle was wearing 2 layers of protection under a face shield. There was an air purifier in the room. The Dr, washed her hands many times during the appointment and sanitized all instruments used in-between each use. Beyond professional and considerate. Seriously if every office had this setup we’d all be in a much better situation with this pandemic. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Dr. Gabrielle is very thorough with her examinations and takes the time to explain things to me and to my daughter. She discovered the source of my daughter's headaches with reading and we've been going for vision therapy ever since. My daughter Lisa has noticed a huge difference and is now doing her reading assignments without trouble. We have been very well taken care of by Dr. Gabrielle and her staff and I would highly recommend this office!
