Worst service by the staff, No proper knowledge and experience about their own department work. For sanction of Home loan,All The documents were submitted, which are required and demanded by the staff they took 3months only for further process then also no use. Unhappy with this branch service.There is No proper response and control by the head office(Gadag,Hubballi and bengaluru), no actions even after complaint also.

Worst banking stuff. For a single car loan, you need to take one more stuff like gps system compulsory, and insurance for loan, and some charges that your emi will become double. To impress the higher level they will charge you like hell. Once you enter in, think that you are in hell. DONT EVER TAKE LOANS FROM THIS BRANCH.
Worst customer service. HDFC is big private sector can't afford a Landline or Mobile number for it's Branch. Even Doesn't have Branch Mail ID for Customers. Every time you need to visit Branch. If you can't afford Landline then tell me I will pay that Landline expenses every month.

Worst hdfc branch.. I visited so many hdfc banks in Bangalore for so many queris i got clear and right answers within a minutes without standing for longer hour but after visiting this branch i felt this is the worst hdfc branch who doesn't care about customers... When you ask query about banking they will not take your question seriously tell you to wait for half an hour and they will answer rudely with improper information.. they only don't have clarity of banking.. security guard will give you the information about banking than employees.. Cashier worst... I felt this is the worst bank than government sector bank in gadag..
